What to do in case of work-related stress?

At Marel, it is important to us that you feel good about yourself and enjoy your work. You may always have a less pleasant or busy day, but it is not our intention that you experience stress from your work every day.

National figures show that the number of absenteeism days due to work-related stress has increased significantly and on average one in seven workers suffers from burn-out symptoms (TNO Factsheet, 2022). To prevent long-term complaints of work stress and a possible burn-out, it is important to know how to deal with stress and to create a balance between work and private life. Of course, you also need to have enough energy to maintain this balance.

How to do this? Read more about workshops and training courses you can attend below. Also, our VERSTERKers share their tips on dealing with work stress and keeping a good balance.
