How many times a day do your thoughts wander to your to-do lists and does the whim of the day determine you life? In our busy society, we hardly seem to have time to focus our attention on the here and now. We are preoccupied with everything we still have to do and worry about the future. These thoughts will always be there, but you do not have to let them control you. 

Mindfulness is a proven effective method that helps with stress symptoms, concentration problems, fatigue and insomnia. During the mindfulness training, conducted by ‘Body and Mind’, you will learn how to stay in the now and experience more peace in your daily life.
