We all experience stress from time to time and it is a normal part of our lives. But if we experience too much stress for too long, it becomes unhealthy. With prolonged stress, the balance between carrying capacity and load is disturbed and various complaints can occur, such as overstrain, burnout or depression. Therefore it’s very important to take timely action and you can do so by joining the workshop ‘How to deal with stress’.
After the workshop you will have a better understanding of how stress affects your body, how you can recognize stress signals, and how to reduce and cope with stress. This way you will be ahead of any long term stress complaints.
The workshop is given by Marel colleague and 7 Habits facilitator, Gerard Feikema.
