Information: A safe workplace and lifting sensibly
A safe workplace is very important for being able to work healthily and well. There is a direct connection between organization on the factory floor and the operational effectiveness of a company. Using the 6s method we have put into practice a plan of steps to lift this effectiveness. The six steps are:
- Health and Safety
- Separate
- Arrange
- Cleaning
- Standardization
- Maintenance.
