Has a visit to the optician shown that you don’t see well enough and that you need glasses or screen glasses? Ask for safety glasses when you work in a production environment; ask for screen glasses when you work in the office.
How?
Step 1: Via this link you will come to the necessary forms. Open the “Safety Glasses Form” or the “Screen Glasses” form.
Step 2:Complete the form and email it to [email protected]
Step 3: After registration and completion of the enquiry, the person who is enquiring will receive an email with the form signed
Step 4: Go with the signed form to the optician
NB: Always make an appointment with the optician beforehand!
