Introduction class (kick)boxing

 

(Kick)boxing has many positive effects on our body and mind. For example, it helps you become more energetic and to let go of any stress. It provides a mental boost and helps you become more self-confident and perseverant. Besides, boxing is often practiced in groups, so you work on your strength and endurance with each another.
