Do you want to work on a personal theme while getting active outdoors? Then the individual program “Get active outdoors” is perfect for you! The program consists of six 1-on-1 sessions with coach Jesper.
Jesper: “In six sessions, we work on a personal theme that you’re currently facing difficulty with. During the first session, we discuss your needs, and we immediately get moving outdoors. In the final session, we evaluate the program and discuss how you can continue independently. Outdoor movement is at the core of this program. We brainstorm together on how to do it, taking your preferences into account.”
Below are some examples of personal themes you might consider:
- Struggling to set boundaries, affecting your work and social life.
- Experiencing stress and wanting to learn how to manage it.
- Feeling drained after work and wanting to learn how movement can give you more energy or relaxation.
- Dealing with continuous overuse injuries and wanting to learn how to move without exacerbating them.
- Enjoying exercise but wanting to set non-performance-oriented fitness goals.
