Rule about inappropriate behaviour

Nobody within Marel should be made to feel uneasy, unsafe or threatened by others. Here at Marel, we value being able to offer employees who have to deal with inappropriate behaviour a platform where  they can have this kind of matter discussed. By the term inappropriate behaviour we mean not just sexual intimidation, aggression and violence but also discrimination, teasing and pestering. We also have a policy which offers you the necessary protection, where, besides given contact persons, a listening ear is always available.
