Neck, shoulder and back problems

Our neck, shoulders and back are hard at work for us all day.  Carrying, gripping, swinging round, reaching backwards, lifting and pushing away.  But just being in the car a lot or sitting behind a desk puts a strain on your neck, shoulders and back too.  Do you have problems or do you want to avoid them?
