Dealing with time zones

 

Good and sufficient sleep is incredibly important for your physical and mental health. When you regularly have to travel for work and go through different time zones, it disrupts your sleep routine. This results in your circadian rhythm being disturbed, and your body (and mind) can no longer function properly.

In this workshop, you will learn what good sleep entails, what happens when it is disrupted by time differences in your work or lifestyle, and what you can do about it at that moment. With sleep coach Merijn van de Laar, you will go through a clear step-by-step plan to determine what you need to sleep well, despite the changing times.
