Q&A ENG

The scan is completely anonymous.  Only you can see your own results.  The code you are given to log in cannot be traced back to your name, email address or IP address.  If you want to read more about privacy conditions, click here for the privacy disclaimer.

Data is stored on the Twize server, which is located in the Netherlands.  Answers are logged into a large database using an anonymous log in code.

Your results are visible when you log in with your own personal code and cannot be traced back to your name.  Your individual results are not shared within Marel.  Once more than 20 Marel colleagues have completed the scan, the results collected  can then be used for company-wide reports.  With this information and trends Marel is able to execute further improvements. If you want to know more about privacy conditions, click here.

After log in, you can remove your data in the scan yourself. If you press the button below your result “REPEAT SCAN”, your data will be removed.

You can also make a request via [email protected] or via the contact page in the portal.  If you indicate which account data or which account should be removed, this will be done as quickly as possible.

No.  As soon as you have completed the scan, you will see the result.  You can’t go back to the answers you have given.  The answers you have given will no longer be visible and your result is kept with your log in.  By clicking on the “DOWNLOAD” button you can also download your results and store them on your own computer.  NB  if you want to repeat the scan, you will lose the answers you gave earlier.

Yes but you will lose the answers you have given previously.  At the bottom of your result you will see the button REPEAT SCAN.

Results are based entirely on the answers you have given.  Strange results?  Try completing the scan again.  If the problem persists, talk over the subjects which you find important with your manager or contact person.

No.  Completing the scan is entirely voluntary.  You are completing the scan for yourself to get insight into your current situation and your current employability based on the four themes of Marel Strong Together.  Nobody else can see whether you have completed the scan or not.

You can complete the scan theme by theme.  Completing the scan is not obligatory.  It is up to you to choose whether you complete the scan and if so which themes you most prefer to fill in.  By completing all themes you will of course get the most complete insight and advice.

If you lose your code, you also lose your results.  You will have lost all completed answers and results.  You can get a new code from Mr…  You will then receive a card with the new code on it.  You can then use this to log into the scan next time

No.  Nobody but you can see your results; please also read through the privacy conditions. Should you so want, you can file, print out or mail your results and then discuss them with your manager or with the Company Doctor, for example.

Do you want to share your results with someone as a basis perhaps for a discussion about Strong Together?  If so, you can download and file your results.  You can then print them out or mail them.

You can complete the scan on a pc, laptop, tablet or telephone.

Yes.  You can complete the scan from anywhere where you have internet access via a  pc, laptop, tablet or telephone.

No.  There is no app.  You can, however, complete the scan via the browser of your telephone to marelsamensterk.nl and via your telephone or tablet.

No.  Using and completing the scan is free.  Using the program can, however, involve costs.  See information on the program.

This depends on the program.  Take a look at the description of the program you want to make use of.  Alternatively, ask your manager or Mr…

No.  The scan is intended for Marel employees only.  The results and program have been devised for you and your colleagues only.

You have several places where you can ask questions or complain.  You can go to your contact person or send a report to [email protected].

This depends on the program chosen.  Each program contains a description with information on whether you can take part on your own initiative or whether you have to be with someone from inside Marel.  Read it through and then get to work!

You can make use of each program.  It is sometimes necessary to consult your manager.  Read through the information on the program.  The scan can help you to find the program you most need at the time or what suits you best.

No.  Use of the program is not linked to the anonymous code.  We can, however, look at and retain how much use has been made within Marel as a whole of which program.  With this information we can see what the requirements are and what is going on within Marel.  In this way, we can improve the Samen Sterk program.

That depends!  If your work, function or department changes, it is perhaps interesting to repeat the scan.  This is possible with the anonymous code you currently have.  If your work has really changed a lot, it is better to ask for a new code and begin again from scratch.  This is because at the beginning of your scan you have to fill in what characterizes your work, so that the correct questions for your situation are loaded into the scan.

Close the scan

NB - you are about to leave the scan. You can only get back to this page and your result by logging in with your unique code.

If you lose this, you will have to do the scan again using another code. You will no longer be able to access these results and suggestions.
